Getting Started in No Limit Lifting Simulator 2

No Limit Lifting Simulator 2 throws a lot of panels at you on minute one. This guide is the day-one route for Roblox players who just opened Place 120901926752670 (developer MrMorZien, released 2026-05-30) and want progress instead of confusion. You will redeem codes, learn the Muscle economy, buy the right early upgrades, and leave the session aimed at Body Altering—not lost in random shops.

The sequel’s permanent edge versus classic NLLS is roughly X15 Coins and X2 Muscle. That does not mean you can ignore selling Muscle or skip Weights. It means correct habits snowball faster. For a systems-level explanation after this checklist, continue with How to Play.

Minute 0–10: claim free power

  1. Finish any tutorial prompts so the left HUD unlocks.
  2. Open the left Codes tab and redeem live strings from the Codes Hub. Tracked actives (Aug 2026): 50KVISITS, NEWGAME, UPDATE, 200KVISITS.
  3. Equip pets immediately—UPDATE is widely reported as a Fox pet; 200KVISITS is often tied to Ice Fox plus Killstreak.
  4. Ignore expired leftovers from old videos (SECRETCODE2, CODE2, CODE1).

If a redeem fails, use How to Redeem Codes before grinding for an hour without the free pet.

Minute 10–40: learn the lift → sell loop

Your basic cycle is non-negotiable:

  1. Equip the best Weight you can afford.
  2. Lift to generate Muscle.
  3. Sell Muscle for Coins when the bag feels fat enough to matter.
  4. Spend Coins on the next Weight and early Genes.
  5. Repeat with pets equipped the entire time.

Do not AFK-lift for twenty minutes with a starter Weight while thousands of Coins sit unspent. Sequel Coin income is strong; convert it. Conversely, do not sell every single Muscle tick if the UI makes micro-selling miserable—batch sells are fine as long as upgrades keep landing.

First shop priorities

Weights

Weights are your primary click/AFK gain lever. Buy the next tier whenever the cost is a small fraction of a short sell cycle. If a Weight costs hours of income, you skipped too many smaller buys or forgot to sell.

Genes

Genes add another multiplier layer. Early on, alternate Weight and Gene purchases instead of dumping everything into one tree. The goal is balanced gain so Body Altering becomes reachable rather than mythical.

What to postpone

Cosmetic flex and leaderboard staring can wait. So can deep Bloodline theory—Angel/Demon god farms belong after you understand Reborn. See How to Get Bloodline later.

Hour one exit goals

Leave your first long session with:

  • All currently active codes claimed (or noted if expired mid-day).
  • Fox / Ice Fox equipped if granted.
  • A Weight several tiers above starter.
  • At least one meaningful Gene purchase.
  • Muscle selling as muscle memory.
  • A clear next goal: begin How to Body Alter progression.

You are not trying to hit Infinite Reborn on day one. Reborn requires the 30th Body Altering and 1 Sxtg Coins, and the first Reborn is the hardest. Day one is about building the engine that can eventually pay that bill while stacking toward the later +X10 GAIN/HP/DMG Reborn theme.

Common day-one mistakes

  • Playing the classic NLLS place by accident and wondering why sequel codes fail.
  • Leaving code pets unequipped.
  • Hoarding Coins “for Reborn” at 1% of the Sxtg requirement instead of buying Weights.
  • Searching for an official Trello—there is none; Discord via Links is the hub.
  • Skipping Updates after a patch changes shop flow.

Play the video on this page if you want a visual of the early lifting flow, then return to the checklist and execute. Consistency beats panic grinding—especially when X2 Muscle already rewards clean habits.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What should I do first in No Limit Lifting Simulator 2?

Redeem active codes, equip any pets you receive, then lift, sell Muscle for Coins, and buy Weights and Genes in a steady cycle.

When do I start Body Altering?

After the basic sell-and-upgrade loop feels automatic and your Weight/Gene tiers are moving. Use the Body Alter guide for stage goals.

Can I Reborn on the first day?

Unlikely. Infinite Reborn needs the 30th Body Altering and 1 Sxtg Coins. Day one should build income, not force the gate.

Do sequel bonuses replace upgrades?

No. X15 Coins and X2 Muscle versus classic NLLS make upgrades faster—they do not remove the need to buy Weights, Genes, and Body Altering.

Where are new player codes announced?

Discord is the community hub because there is no official Wiki or Trello. This wiki’s Codes pages mirror confirmed strings.
